Gospel Community Mixed Young Adult Group

Description: Study the Bible in community with other young adults so that you can grow together in knowing God and His Word. Description: Join us in Courtney Doctor’s study, In View of God’s Mercies: The Gift of God’s Gospel in Romans this winter. We will walk through Paul’s letter to the Romans to discover that salvation doesn’t just change our eternal future; it changes our present reality. Because of God’s salvation–hope, peace, life, faith, trust, and endurance are ours. Childcare available upon request.
Women’s Bible Study (Session 2)

Description: Join us in Priscilla Shirer’s study, Elijah: Faith and Fire, as we journey through the life and times of the prophet Elijah to discover how the fire on Mount Carmel was forged in the valley of famine. We will also learn how the emboldened, fiery faith we desire is being fashioned by God in our life right now. Childcare available upon request.
Literature Circle

Music with Families

Description: Music with Families is a class for parents and children 8 weeks – 3 years. This class offers parents the opportunity to play with their child in a musical setting. By singing, rocking, listening, bouncing, and playing instruments, the child’s musical aptitude is being nurtured. If you would like to register you and your child, please email Rebecca Sweet. Sanctuary Handbells

Description: Handbells are a wonderful way to make music using pitched bells. If you have the ability to read music notation, as well as basic hand/eye coordination, handbells can be a fun exercise in making a joyful noise!

Following on our fall study of the People and Places of the Bible, this spring we will focus on the People and Places of Jesus. We will unlock the depth of the gospels and the life of Jesus by learning more about the historical, cultural and geographic context of the people and places Jesus knew. NAMI Family to Family

Description: NAMI Family-to-Family is a free, 8-session education program specifically for family members, partners, and friends of adults (18+) who live with mental illness. The course is designed to facilitate a better understanding of mental illness, increase coping, and empower participants to become advocates for their family members. NAMI Family-to-Family not only provides critical information and strategies for taking care of the person you love, but you’ll also find out that you’re not alone. NAMI Peer to Peer

Description: NAMI Peer-to-Peer is a free, eight-session educational program for adults with mental health conditions who are looking to better understand themselves and their recovery. Taught by trained leaders with lived experience, this program includes activities, discussions, and informative videos. However, as with all NAMI programs, it does not include recommendations for treatment approaches. NAMI Peer-to-Peer is a safe, confidential space. The course provides an opportunity for mutual support and growth. Experience compassion and understanding from people who relate to your experiences. Description: The Thursday Men’s Breakfast Bible Study is a gathering of adult men for breakfast, prayer fellowship and group discussion of God’s Word.
