Loving Christ. Loving One Another. Loving The City.

Volunteer Opportunities

FPC is beginning a “Have A Need/Fill A Need” Ministry to support FPC members in need during the COVID-19 pandemic. Please fill out the form that applies to you (“I Have a Need” or “Volunteer to Fill a Need”) with your name, contact information, and follow the directions in the rest of the form and you will be contacted with more information.

If you know of a church member who could use assistance in any of these areas, please encourage them to either call the church at 210-226-0215 or share this website link (fpcsanantonio.org/fill-a-need) to let us know their needs.  We hope to be able to connect volunteers to those making requests within 24 hours.

Please remember that we are in new territory with this ministry and there may be changes along the way in response to many different factors.

If you have Physical Needs (groceries, cleaning/paper products, medications, etc.) and/or Social Needs (prayer needs, social/check-in calls, church-related tech/online connection help) fill out this form

I Have a Need

We are also in need of volunteers who can assist members with Grocery and Medicine Shopping/Delivery, Phone Calls and Prayers or with assistance in staying connected with FPC and their families online.  If you can help in any of theses areas, please sign up today as a Volunteer.

Volunteer to Fill a Need

In any and every circumstance, I have learned the secret of facing plenty and hunger, abundance and need. – Philippians 4:12b

Are you looking for a way to get involved?

Here at FPC, we have many ministry opportunities, for people of all ages and interests! We can emulate Jesus and Love One Another by welcoming members and visitors right here at First Presbyterian Church each Sunday in various ways. We believe that God has given each of us gifts, so why not use yours to help further His Kingdom?

“Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God’s grace in its various forms.”  1 Peter 4:10
