Join us for our Congregational Meeting, which will take place in two sessions at 10:30 AM and 12:00 PM in the Sanctuary. The Officer Nominating Committee has requested that the meeting convene in the sanctuary at these times to maintain clarity during the proceedings. Because we are dealing with two issues, either of which may become somewhat complicated, it will be better to have one moderator, and one clerk serving in the meetings.

The moderator will direct worshippers in the modern service to the Sanctuary at the appropriate time. Neither the time nor the content of the meeting has changed. The worship services will be adjusted to accommodate for the time; each will end 10 minutes early, and we will conclude together in the Sanctuary.

We will vote on new church officers nominated by the Officer Nominating Committee and consider a proposed property purchase.

As a reminder, only items included in the call for the meeting may be discussed. No additional items may be added to the agenda.
