Fill out the Non-Event Media Request Form if your media need does NOT have a specific date or location. (Can be part of a larger event if you have ALREADY submitted the Event/Comm Form)

• Do you need some business cards, a general ministry brochure, a ministry t-shirt?
• Do you have an idea for an update to your logo, website, etc?
• Do you have an idea for a video to be used that doesn’t relate to an event (ie. for a Sunday service or multiple uses)?
