High School Youth Group is from 6:00-8:00 on the 2nd and 4th  Sunday Nights. Youth Group is a great time for friends to come and to hang and get to know each other better. Come play basketball, shoot some pool, foosball, group games, video games, have some snacks and a Bible study on Sunday Nights with us! Youth Group runs August 28-April 30 with some Sundays off due to other events and holidays.

HIGH SCHOOL SMALL GROUPS

Colton Willis : coltonw@fpcsat.org

Emily Yergler : emilyy@fpcsat.org

Our midweek Small Groups are smaller and more intimate than Sunday School. They provide a unique atmosphere where students can relax, be themselves, play, study Scripture and talk about life.  HS Girls small group meets on Wednesday nights from 7:15-8:45pm and the HS guys meet Wednesday Nights 7:00-8:00pm at. Email Colton or Emily for location information.

Retreats are a great way to get away from it all and have a great time playing games and learning about Jesus. Each year the high school students get out in the wilderness at one of the amazing camps around San Antonio. We play crazy games, make crafts, go on nature walks, eat smore’s, talk about God, and just hang out. It is an awesome time spent with each other away from all of our electronics.

Our fall retreat will be November 11-13, 2016.

First Presbyterian Church is partnering with World Vision to help Children in desperate need of resources and love. The church is focusing on Mutendere, Malawi. The youth ministry is sponsoring a young boy named John Mvula. We will be collecting money to support him each Sunday morning. We will also be writing him cards and emails, as well as praying for him continually. We would love for you to partner with us in any way you want. Please contact Colton Willis or Emily Yergler for information on making donations or personally sponsoring a child through World Vision.
